Why do we do it?

The world faces multiple converging crises that will affect the futures of all of humanity and the Earth system.

Because we care about reducing suffering and increasing well being, we support organizations, communities and individuals to become more resilient by addressing complex and growing risks—and by seizing opportunities amidst disruptions.

Our principal and partners have unique and unparalleled strategic expertise to help our valued clients face the era of converging crises.

Who do we do it for?

Based in Toronto, Canada, our clients include business, government, higher education, multilateral, not-for-profit, and non-governmental organizations.

For example, we:

  • Facilitated a board retreat session on foresight and converging crises for a leading lottery corporation;
  • Led a board retreat session on implications of climate anxiety on Kindergarten to Grade 12 (K-12) students and teachers, education policy makers, and communities;
  • Co-authored a pioneering study on future vulnerabilities of Canada’s agri-food supply chains with funding from the Government of Canada;
  • Advised an international medical humanitarian organization on its advocacy approach for the 27th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP27); and
  • Co-founded a world-class consortium of trusted advisors that counselled a leading hydrogeological modelling company on U.S. funding opportunities for improving forecasting of water availability and quality at local, regional, and national scales.
